We decided to install solar panels to our house after receiving an alarmingly high electricity bill. The whole process was made easy when we decided to choose Redwood Solar. Lachlan answered all our questions and put our fears to rest.. the paperwork was taken care of and we were helped with the financing of the project. The installation was seamless and professional. They turned up on time and completed the work in just a few hours. Everything was explained to us and no question was too stupid. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Really good service from Redwood Solar - quickly arranged a quote at our convenience in response to an online enquiry. Harry and Lachlan presented a couple of alternative plans, suggesting the cheaper of the two to be better one and outlining why further expenditure on a battery wasn't currently justified. Installation followed about 4 weeks later, took less than a day and has been up and running seamlessly since then. Redwood took care of the various bits of paperwork with Iberdrola and the Town Hall - always a relief not to have to get involved with Spanish paperwork! Ideal service from Redwood - a 'plug and play' solution that should reduce our electricity bills to essentially zero for the next quarter century or so. Great service and a 'no-brainer' financially. Strongly recommended.

We even are even excess of €650 on the our previous bills by swapping to the suggested supplier before the additional panels were installed. I cannot recommend Redwood Solar high enough for their professional service. From the initial consultation until the final hook up everything went perfect. Lachlan and Ollie were on hand throughout the installation and completed all the paperwork promptly. Even before we had agreed to the installation, Lachlan changed our energy supplier which saved us money straight away. The installation team of Esteban and Juan Pablo completed the installation of 13 panels within 2 days during a period of high winds, working 12 hours day one and 8 hours day 2. They carried on with no fuss and were very polite throughout. If you are considering changing to solar energy, Redwood are the company to use, no fuss and everything is done for you behind the scenes. Thank you team Redwood.

We zijn met Redwood in contact gekomen via onze buren, die goede ervaringen hebben gehad met dit bedrijf. Lachlan (eigenaar) en Harry (verkoop) gaven duidelijke informatie. Contact was professioneel en zeer aangenaam. Alle officiële papieren worden door hen verzorgd. Ook het aanvragen van subsidies. Redwood biedt extra service aan om uit te zoeken welke provider de gunstigste tarieven heeft en regelt (indien gewenst) de overstap. Voor ons heeft dat de doorslag gegeven omdat wij als niet resident daar weinig ervaring mee hebben. De afspraken werden perfect nagekomen. Pluim ook voor het installatie team. Installatie en aansluiting werd op een dag geregeld. Alles werd heel netjes achtergelaten. Ik kan Redwood zeker aanbevelen.

We are very happy with the service. Harry did a great job introducing us to Redwood Solar, the company he works for. And Lachlan, the company owner, explained to us the whole process of installing the solar panels and also introduced us to the heat pump system that is extremely efficient. Thank you redwood. Harry was outstanding. I'd never seriously looked into solar before, but I was curious to see if it could work for me. I shared my Iberdrola bill with Harry, and within an hour he came back with precise calculations based on my exact energy usage. He was extremely transparent, pointing out that my monthly bill was surprisingly low (under €30!!) and that I had a great rate with my energy providers. On top of that, a massive tree shades most of my property! He showed me a custom solar design and explained that most of the day, my panels would be in the shade, which would affect performance. We went over all the details carefully, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. In the end, Harry told me honestly that with my low bills and the shading, going solar just wouldn’t be the best investment for me at this time. If you're looking for honesty and transparency. I can’t recommend Redwood Solar enough. Thank you Harry for your service

Redwood installed a large 27 panel solar system with the latest inverter on Tuesday. The job was carried out without any problems and afterwards everywhere was thoroghly cleaned so no mess at all. We are currently getting on average 8/9 kws at midday which is far more than we consume. All unused kw’s go directly back into the grid where it can be used at later dates. Thank you Redwood.

Really smooth process from start to finish. Lachlan looked after the planning and made everything very easy for us. His installation team are great. Finished in a day and cleaned up well. There are many companies offering solar; Redwood are highly recommended in our experience.

Redwood were the last company to provide a quote for a solar panel system for our property. Lachlan immediately made an impression with his enthusiasm and knowledge about the subject. He was also adamant that where other quotes had said what I wanted was not allowed, he thought it would be. After my initial meeting with the architect at the local Town Hall did not go too well, Lachlan attended the next one and provided all the information that was required. I was allowed to put the panels where I wanted them to go, Lachlan was correct. The installation took place on the agreed day, and the site team were excellent in their workmanship and cleanliness. Once the installation was complete, Lachlan explained everything about it, plus how the App worked to show what was happening with the system. Later on, Lachlan then arranged a far better feed in tariff than what I had been offered after the initial system went on line. Very pleased all round, a one stop shop, nothing to worry about.

Great installation by Lachlan and his team. Very professional and the cables from the roof to our electric box has been hidden away very nicely. His after care is first class , he answers any calls or questions straight away. As a solar total novice like me it is great to always know that he is local and there for you rather than having to go through a call centre somewhere remote. This is what I always look for in any company. Recommend thoroughly to use.

Just had my solar system installed by Redwood Solar a few days ago and I am extremely happy with the service from the beginning to the end. Very professional, starting with the exact explanation of the system, the savings it can generate, the best solution of the placement of the panels (quite e brain breaker in case of my house). They took care of all the necessary paperwork, patiently explained all my doubts. The installation process was smooth and clean and everything works perfectly well. And great patience with all the post-installation questions. Highly recommended.

Lachlan and his team did a fantastic job on our villa. There was no 'hard sell'; just professional and knowledgeable advice and support with the whole process, including selling back to the grid etc. with great communication and tidy, fast work. Don't hesitate to use them!

We wilden voor ons nieuwe huis in Spanje graag zonnepanelen laten installeren. We zijn nieuw in dit land en vonden het best lastig een keuze te maken. Na een beetje googelen vind je best wat aanbieders; we hebben er met drie gesproken. Met Lachlan van Redwood hadden we een prima klik. Hij heeft ruim de tijd genomen en ons uitgebreid geadviseerd. Uiteindelijk een prima deal kunnen doen. De installatie is zojuist netjes en binnen een dag afgerond. De app werkt, en de benodigde administratie etc wordt nog door verzorgt. Fijn, no nonsense bedrijf, straalt kennis en vertrouwen uit. En gewoon ook een prettig persoon. Mark

Redwood Solar ( Lachlan ) surveyed and installed a 10 panel solar system in one day. Everything was done in a very professional manner, we were kept up to date on work progress during the day and once completed, the site was lift tidy. Everything working as expected.

As I learned from others obtaining a Boletin to register my solar was going to be a difficult and expensive process. However, speaking with REDWOOD all was explained very clearly and was handled quickly and efficiently by Lachlan as he arranged the complete changeover of paperwork. As there can be a problem with the language for the English sector I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any solar or electrical needs.

Hemos instalado placas solares de autoconsumo en nuestra vivienda con Redwooe Solar SL. Desde un principio han estado atentos y han sido rápidos para resolver nuestras dudas y enviarnos el presupuesto. Han cumplido con los plazos y nos han mantenido informados de cualquier variación. Redwood Solar did a full installation of 8 panels plus a large battery for us on our villa roof. The communication beforehand was very clear ,there was no hard selling at all, and they went through all the options for number of panels, use of batteries, where to put the panels etc . A very friendly team with perfect English and Spanish The work was done very neatly and professionally, and the panels now make a massive difference to our electricity bills, and also make us some money during low usage . Would thoroughly recommend them .

Redwood Solar recently installed 14 high power solar modules on the roof of my house ... they completed the work in a single day, meaning I now produce my own electricity and straight away am saving costs. They are a highly professional and efficient company who know exactly what they are doing. Installation was completed just a month ago and so far so good. I had to postpone the installation 2 times then I had to change the location from the roof to the ground so a bit of headaches for the Redwood from my side but all went well and Lachlan managed to fulfill all my needs :) Another happy customer.

Contacté con Redwood Solar para realizar una instalación y superó mis expectativas; materiales de primera calidad, un envío rápido y sobretodo un buen trato hacia nosotros, con mucha profesionalidad.
