Goede fietsen en helm en slot. Alles goed georganiseerd en behulpzaam. Wij hebben de route van 23 km genomen, door het bos en terug langs de kust. Neem mountainbike of electrisch ivm hoogte verschil. Je ziet ibiza van de andere kant. Prachtige route, kids vanaf 12 jaar. Zijn broer heeft op het oostelijke puntje een goed restaurant en strand op spuugafstand. Cala Boix. Dikke aanrader. Neem zwemspullen mee.

Wir haben uns spontan 2 Fahrräder für einen Tag ausgeliehen. Wir wurden sehr schnell und freundlich bedient und waren bereits nach 10 Minuten abfahrbereit. Als wir bei einem Zwischenstopp unseren Schlüssel für das Fahrradschloss verloren haben, kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten ein Mitarbeiter zu uns gefahren und nahm die 2 aneinander geschlossenen Fahrräder mit. Er hatte sogar 2 neue Fahrräder dabei sodass wir unsere Tagestour direkt fortsetzen konnten. Unser Problem wurde also innerhalb von 25 Minuten gelöst (alleine der Weg um zu uns zu gelangen dauerte 20 Minuten) und wir mussten nichts dafür bezahlen. Ganz lieben Dank an das tolle Team, bleibt so wie ihr seid. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. ❤️

Rented a road bike for 3 days as a last minute decision. The bike was in a great condition, gears needed tweaking but nothing major. Had a brilliant few rides on the east side of the island.

I definitely recommend everyone to take bicycles , especially the Electric ones and go enjoy the amazing nature here . I am very sportive and the electric was necessary for me to be able to enjoy the scenery and be fast.

Kandani bikes is the best place to rent your bicycle when you’re on Ibiza. Superb service and very kind employees. Bikes are in perfect condition, cleaned and checked. We were not able to store the bikes overnight at our apartment so we could store them everyday at Kandani bikestore overnight. They also provide routes which you can navigate through Wikiloc. They made our holiday special!

Excellent service and great prices. On the outside wall, there are some maps with different MTB, e-MTB and bike road routes. In case you haven't a GPS yourself, you can borrow a phone holder on your handlebar and use Wikiloc as free navigation app. Definitely can recommend.

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinen Bremsen an meinem Rennrad. Mir wurde sofort geholfen und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Dazu kommt, dass sie noch eine rund um Inspektion gemacht haben und sogar noch ein paar Sachen gefunden haben, die verbessert werden mussten. Sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Immer gerne wieder. Wirklich top !

The bike rental was fast online. Customer service was good. The bike; ORBEA ALMA H30 (I chose it because of Iban Zugasti). Is a fast bike, but not very responsive, it had good finishes, but of low quality. Normal factory saddle. The bike was just a little out of adjustment; the gears made a little noise. (I had to adjust them myself, was just 2 minutes). And the normal pedals "were too NORMAL". The kickstand, the lock and the repair kit were there, but heavy. I recomend this store, nice people. In general an 8/10 because I left the island happy. The 5-day trip to the island is more than enough. Ibiza is very small. Thanks KADANI.

Hired a road bike for 4 days. Great way to explore the island. The bike was great quality. I did have a problem with bike on day 2. I called them up and they came out and sorted out the problem no worries. Great bikes, amazing staff, beautiful island.

🚲Crítica🚲 - Lo primero muchas gracias a José que supo solucionarme el problema que tenía en la bici, a pesar de tener el taller de la tienda hasta arriba. Ya que me la había traído de Madrid con el pedalier gripado y mal ajustado los cambios. Habéis realizado un trabajo de diez ya que en la vuelta a Ibiza btt no he necesitado asistencia mecánica en los tres días que dura la prueba, es más estoy de vuelta en Madrid y a pesar de la caña que le di allí sigue yendo como la seda. Además me han proporcionado una factura para poder reclamar los gastos en Madrid ya que la llevé antes de ir a la isla para que me dejasen bien ajustada.

Alquilamos 3 Orbea Gain y todo fue muy bien.

Experiencia estupenda con Kandani! Alquilamos dos bicicletas para dar la vuelta entera a la isla. Teníamos pensado un itinerario distinto pero finalmente seguimos las indicaciones de Dani que conoce la isla como la palma de su mano. Buen material y buen precio! De fietsen waren van goede kwaliteit (E en gewone mtb). De routes waren mooi en duidelijk te volgen op de app. Het is wel duurder dan een brommer te huren, maar het sportieve deed deugd. Online reserveren en betalen levert je korting op.

I hired a carbon road bike to complete a full circuit of the island. I would probably have bailed out on many of the poor quality hire bikes I've had previously but this was perfectly maintained and prepared. Many thanks guys for a fantastic experience on a lovely bike!

We hired two exceptional electric mountain bikes for our trip to Ibiza. They made the holiday. So easy to cycle up hill or on the flat and the speed we got made a wonderful breeze. The bikes were excellent quality (German made), I loved them so much I wanted to buy one for home but the quality of the bikes they offer to rent are far better than I could buy. The staff on both pick up and return were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect experience.

Supplied me a well maintained giant TCR, bike fit was set perfect plus was checked before I left, I was even able to the bike up the evening I arrived so was able to get an extra ride in, will use again, highly recommended

We love getting out on e bikes on holiday, great way to properly explore. We were so impressed with service and choice from Dan at Kandani. E90 for 2 bikes , helmets and phone bracket. Then download app and choice of several trails to follow real-time on screen. Honestly if you are thinking about it , just do it !!!

Wir haben Gravelbikes geliehen. Bikes top. Abwicklung kurz und knapp aber auch o.k. Leider sonst trotz Nachfrage keinerlei Tipps für Routen, war ein bisschen Schade, aber dafür gibt's ja Gottseidank mittlerweile Apps.

When I arrived to pick up my bicycle on the day of the rental, the bikes were labeled for me and had already been checked for perfect tire pressure, cleanliness, etc. Flawless operation!!! POL: Szczerze polecam usługi wypożyczalni rowerów KANDANI. Korzystałem z roweru szosowego przez 4 dni w lipcu 2022 r., po wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Sprzęt jak nowy, idealnie wyregulowany i wyczyszczony. Bez problemu umówiłem się na odbiór roweru na koniec dnia przed ustalonym dniem rozpoczęcia wynajmu - dzięki temu mogłem wcześniej wyjechać w trasę. Zwrot kaucji po zakończeniu wynajmu na kartę już na drugi dzień. ENG: I fully recommend the KANDANI bike rental. I got the Giant TCR bike set up perfectly to my dimensions, clean, greased and well adjusted. Full professionalism and a competitive price compared to other rentals on the island.

Wir hatten einen tollen Tag mit den Rädern. Insgesamt hatten wir 5 Ebikes. Alle waren in sehr guten Zustand und standen schon fahrbereit da als wir kamen. Weitere Körbe wurden sofort angebracht! Die Sättel wurden angepasst! Alle Mitarbeiter waren total nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Heute mit 5 E-Bikes die Insel erkundigt. Top Fahrräder, netter Service, immer wieder gerne :-) Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen 2023 wieder.

I hired a fantastic Giant Propel road bike from here for one week. Booking was very easy via website. Collection and drop off was very efficient. The bike was a dream and there are some lovely routes to cycle nearby. Also, the car drivers are really respectful of cyclists which is brilliant. Couldn't fault this place!

We got these fantastic gems for affordable prices. On the first day (thursday) we had an accident 4-5 km after starting the tour; the chain broke apart and damaged the gears also (one piece of the chain was literally broken in the middle, we could not repair it with our own repair kit). Unluckily we had photographed the wrong receipt so we didn't have the cell phone number at hand, which was meant for emergencies (this one was our own fault). We walked back the 4-5 km and went to take a coffee while awaiting the opening hours. We then explained to the shop owner what happened. Tho the repairs will probably cost few hundred €, he was very understanding towards us. We immediately received a replacement bike to ride back to the hotel. The next day (friday) we received the model that we originally booked. We were planning to negotiate for an extension of the rental, but the owner offered it to us by his own initiative. We got an additional day on sunday. This is the service and quality that we expect from professionals. We already recommended the shop to others and will rent again here if we are back to Ibiza.

Mountainbike gehuurd voor 3 dagen. Service was uitstekend. Heel vriendelijk, nieuwe mountainbikes die ook voor mij groot genoeg was (1m98) en alles voorzien qua helmen, reparatieset, sloten.... Echt een aanrader om hier je fietsen te huren.

Som de Caldes de Montbui i vàrem anar a passar un dia a Ibiza i el cert es que el seu assessorament i suport logístic (recollir-nos a l’arribada i tornar les bicis e Eivissa, adaptar les bicis a la nostra ergonomia, etc.) varen fer que pogués ser un dia 10! Bikes are in good shape and service is fast and friendly. Can improve their customers' experience by providing printed maps showing the routes along the island. Instead they refered to the tourist office downtown to get more information....

Rented Orbea Orca's for 4 days and did couple hundred kms. Absolutely lowed bikes that were properly maintained. These guys love bikes and know their thing. Experience was close to my own race bike, not something one expects from the rental bike.

Perfect place to hire a good quality bike and get good advices for routes. Larry from the shop was really helpful and friendly! I had a racing cycle for two days.

Superb bike rental place. Both the bikes and the staff are top quality. They really look after their kit. Pricing is good, too. Ibiza is fantastic for both on- and off-road riding, and Kandani have bikes to cater for both, of several levels also (standard, good and top grade). A friend and I had the most amazing time cycling all over Ibiza and definitely want to come back. We'll certainly be renting from Kandani again!

Nach einer Stunde Fahrt ist die Kette gerissen!!! Habe in Ibiza Stadt (Gott sei Dank war ich nicht irgendwo in der Pampa) von einen anderen Fahrrad Shop eine neue Kette montieren lassen (35€). Als ich das Fahrrad wieder zurück gebracht habe und natürlich das Geld für die Kette wiederhaben wollte, wurde dies abgelehnt!!! Ich hätte doch anrufen sollen...dann hätten mich ein Mitarbeiter abgeholt!!! Ich spreche aber kein Spanisch und das Enlisch von den Mitarbeitern war auch nicht Perfekt! Das war den Chef egal (plötzlich konnte der auch nicht mehr Deutsch sprechen und mich nicht verstehen). Nie wieder!!!!

Soweit ok aber lange Wartezeit obwohl wir vorbestellt hatten. Als wir dann endlich die Räder hätten gingen bei einem die Bremsen nicht. Erst nach Diskussion mit dem Chef haben wir dann, da keine anderen Räder mehr da waren eins der nächsthöheren Preisklasse bekommen. Diese ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, die billigste Mountainbike-Klasse ist wirklich nur zum Radeln aber nicht für richtige Touren zu gebrauchen.

Estuve un fin de semana con la intención de descubrir la isla a golpe de pedal. Me informé de alguna tienda competente que pudiera satisfacer mis necesidad: asesoramiento pre-ruta, guía durante la ruta, alquiler de bicicleta y traslado de la misma hasta el punto de inicio y recogida al terminar la ruta. Kandani satisfacía, a priori, todas mis necesidades, así que opté, con gran acierto, por su asesoramiento para mi aventura. Destacar la atención y profesionalidad que muestran en cada momento y cada una de las fases. - Asesoramiento e información detallada de las rutas que te proponen para que, en función de tu estado físico/técnico, puedas elegir la ruta que más se adapte a tus necesidades y pretensiones. - Gran gama de bicicletas para seleccionar la que sea más conveniente según la ruta a realizar, ahí, el conocimiento de ellos de la ruta que eliges es primordial. Así en función de la ruta que seleccionas ellos te aconsejan una máquina u otra. - Puesta a punto impecable de la bici, así como ajustes previos de la máquina a tus medidas. - Guía durante toda la ruta donde además de guiarte te explica cada rincón que recorres. Esencial para empaparte de ciclismo cultura y naturaleza, todo en una misma ruta. Para la segunda ruta me revisaron la bicicleta, una Orbea Alma, y puesta a punto para el día siguiente. Opté por conocer otra parte de la isla, así que contraté con ellos el traslado y posterior recogida de la bici. Todo muy cómodo, coordinado, puntual y profesional. Ninguna queja. Si los preparativos de la ruta te los sirven con todo lujo de detalles para que puedas elegir con acierto la ruta a realizar, a los pocos días me enviaron un vídeo recordatorio de las dos rutas que hice, tracks, perfiles y cientos de fotos con las que poder recordar mi estancia en la isla a golpe de pedal. Gracias Kandani!

Estupenda tienda para alquilar bicicletas y que te guíen por la isla. A destacar el mimo con que te preparan las bicis antes de la salida. Yo alquile una orbea Alma y funcionaba fina, fina. No tuvimos ningún tipo de problema técnico que es lo más importante en estos casos. Repetiremos¡

Día genial ¡¡¡¡ fui con unos amigos en octubre y de los tres días que estuve en Ibiza este día sin duda fue el mejor ... te recorres un trocito de isla con la bici , ademas todo bicis de altísima calidad, el guía es genial , te explica todo a la perfección ¡¡¡¡ sin duda en mi próxima visita volveré .

Atención al cliente excelente. Mi experiencia versa sobre el alquiler de bicicletas y las rutas guiadas que ofrecen por la isla de Ibiza. Respecto a las bicicletas, decir que la flota que te encuentras es de primera calidad, casi todo de la marca Orbea, y que las bicicletas son muy nuevas. Pregunté y me dijeron que la flota se renueva cada año a principio de temporada. Respecto a las rutas guiadas, sensacionales. Daniel, que está al frente del negocio, también ejerce como guía en rutas con bicicleta de carretera y montaña, conoce cada palmo de la isla de Ibiza, cada rincón con encanto y multitud de senderos poco transitados. Si quieres conocer la isla desde un punto de vista poco frecuente y sorprendente, no dejes de visitar Bicicletas Kandani en Santa Eulària des Riu.
