Unreliable. He did pick up our first call but after that we never heard back from him despite our patience and numerous follow ups. It’s been 10 days now. A few days ago we tried calling him with a different number and to our surprise he did answer. He told us to send him another message via WhatsApp and that he would get back to us but again no response. A waste of time.

We called Electrick - Emergency Electrician & Renovations out as we could smell smoke coming from the fuse box. We contacted them at 23:30, and despite the late hour, they were at the apartment shortly after midnight. Ricki was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the fuse box to ensure nothing was faulty, and thankfully, nothing was found. While it would have been easy to offer hypotheticals about what may have caused the smell, Ricki was honest in his assessment and advised that we had no issues with our electrics and that the fuse box was not the source of the smell. Overall, it was a great service. I would definitely recommend their service.

Great service from Ricki at Electrick!! We were cat-sitting at a friend's apartment and could smell burning around the fuse box area after the electric had tripped a couple of times. It was very late at night when we messaged Electrick and Ricki was there within 25 minutes. He thoroughly checked everything and put our minds at rest that there were no faults and everything was safe. Wouldn't hesitate to use Electrick again. Thoroughly recommend!!

Called Electrick late on a Saturday night after we lost power to the house. We were called back after sending some photos of the consumer unit. He explained in detail how to reset the RCD that had tripped and saved us a call out fee. Also explained what had potentially caused the outage. Great support and highly recommend.

After years of struggling to find reliable electricians in the area, we have been used to simply trying to make most fixes ourselves and, when desperate enough, trying to source a professional to respond, show up, be knowledgable about the field and finally come through on time with the work needed.
